Filmmaker/Director
Sahand Khalaj, born in Tehran, studied Graphic Design at Tehran University of Art. After several years working in graphics and animation, he transitioned into filmmaking to share his ideas and concerns through cinema. Trained under acclaimed director Asghar Farhadi, Sahand specializes in cinematography, animation, and documentary filmmaking, with a focus on realism and human stories. He made his directorial debut with *Another Day* in 2022, followed by the documentary *All With One Dream* in 2023, and the short film *A Goodbye* in 2024. These latest films are now being submitted to international festivals.
